Mr. Abeyakoon was the Founding President of the Sri Lanka America Association of Las Vegas in 2017 and is currently a Trustee of the Board.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from UNLV and an MBA from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is a Certified Data Scientist of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Certified Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K.

Mr. Abeyakoon is currently a Gaming Executive in Las Vegas and has occupied several leadership positions in FMCG, Pharmaceutical and IT companies.

Mr. Abeyakoon brings a wealth of experience which would be of utmost importance in developing the areas of trade and commerce that the Sri Lanka America Chamber of Commerce strives to facilitate.
